About the role

We're entering the next phase of our transformation program and now looking for an experienced Change Specialist to support our teams embed sustainable change across strategic projects and business improvement initiatives.
About the roleReporting to the Program Delivery Lead, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of our transformation projects by helping people navigate change with confidence. Working closely with project managers, leaders and subject matter experts, you'll develop and implement change strategies that drive adoption, readiness and engagement across the organisation.
You'll be responsible for:
Developing and delivering change management plans for strategic projects and business improvements
Conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and organisational readiness activities
Identifying and mitigating people-related risks
Identifying and collaborating with our marketing team regarding external change impacts to customers
Designing and implementing communications, engagement initiatives and training support programs
Coaching leaders to effectively lead their teams through change
Monitoring adoption outcomes and providing change insights to support decision-making
Developing the ongoing development of HomeStart's organisational change capability
You are an experienced change professional who can influence, engage and build trusted relationships across a diverse stakeholder group. You combine strong planning and analytical skills with a practical, people-centred approach to change.
To be successful, you'll bring:
At least five years' experience delivering organisational change initiatives linked to transformation, technology or process improvement
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks
Exceptional communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience developing communication, engagement and learning strategies
The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across multiple initiatives
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience will be highly regarded
