About the role

Onsite has an opportunity for a motivated & capable Account Manager to join our team in Forest Lake, QLD.

Reporting to the Team Leader - Sales & Business Development and working closely with the branch team, you will be responsible for maintaining & growing existing accounts and winning new business within your assigned portfolio / territory.

In this role you will: -

Manage & grow the existing customer base Identify and convert new sales opportunities aligned with business sales plans Conduct regular cold calling throughout assigned territory, increasing awareness of Onsite’s product range & establishing yourself as the lead point of contact Build & strengthen relationships with existing & potential customers, attending customer events, trade shows & conferences Prepare quotes for hire & support tender submissions Communicate effectively with branch team to support sales activity & ensure exceptional customer service is delivered Maintain accurate client data in CRM system

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Sales experience in hire/capital equipment/industrial or related industry Ability & willingness to cold call, in person & by phone Record of success in attracting & retaining new business Capacity to work safely & autonomously in the field Resilience & the ability to overcome obstacles & find solutions Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution & relationship building skills
