Home Care Services Manager - (Flexible | Part-Time or Full-Time Available)

About the Role

As Home Care Services Manager, you will develop and expand a range of home care services, including cleaning, meal services, ensuring participants receive quality reliable supports.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and growing our home care service delivery

• Managing complex staff rostering and workforce coordination

• Ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely and within budget

• Building strong relationships with participants, families and staff

• Identifying opportunities for service improvement and growth

• Supporting positive participant outcomes through high-quality service provision

• Leading a committed team and fostering a positive workplace culture

The successful applicant will be an organised, proactive and solutions-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring:

• Experience managing service delivery teams and operational programs

• Strong rostering, scheduling and workforce coordination skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
