We’re looking for someone who can see both the technology and the people behind it.
This is a rare opportunity for a strategic digital leader who enjoys solving complex organisational challenges, building practical technology solutions and leading teams that enable exceptional service delivery.
You’ll combine technical expertise with commercial thinking, strong governance and collaborative leadership to ensure our digital platforms, systems and data help more families access safe, accessible and high-quality mental health support.

About the Role
As our Digital Capability Manager, you’ll lead the digital systems, technology strategy, compliance and digital governance, ensuring technology actively enables safe, efficient, high-quality service delivery.
Working across the organisation, you’ll oversee digital architecture, solution design, cybersecurity, compliance, reporting and digital transformation initiatives and lead a highly capable team responsible for digital solutions, quality and compliance.
As a trusted advisor to the Executive Manager – Digital Services, Systems & Capability and organisational leaders, you’ll ensure our digital ecosystem continues to evolve in line with organisational priorities, with visibility to the CEO and Board via your Executive Manager.
