Digital Sales & Growth Specialist

We’re looking for someone who enjoys the chase, finding the opportunity, figuring out how to reach the right person and turning a cold prospect into a customer.
  
This is a newly created role within our Digital Sales team, built for someone who is curious about technology, enjoys experimenting with new ways of working and gets a genuine buzz from seeing an idea turn into a result.
  
You’ll have the freedom to think beyond the usual sales playbook. You’ll use data, digital tools, automation and your own creativity to identify businesses we’re not currently reaching, start conversations and show them why they should do business with us.
  
What You'll Be Doing

• Find and research potential customers who aren't currently trading with us, including businesses that may not yet have an account.
• Use data, technology, and digital platforms to uncover new opportunities.
• Develop creative ways to get in front of the right customers and start meaningful conversations.
• Introduce prospects to our business and turn interest into new customer accounts.
• Manage your own pipeline and follow opportunities from first contact through to conversion.
• Use CRM and digital tools to keep your activity organised and understand what's working.
• Test different approaches, channels, and messaging to improve conversion.
• Look for opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve the customer acquisition process.
• Work with the wider Digital Sales and customer teams to create a seamless experience from first interaction.
• Track results, learn from them and continuously refine your approach.
• Bring new ideas to the table and help shape how we acquire customers in the future.

About You
