We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join our team in Highett.About the Role
This is a full-time position responsible for leading store operations and the team. You will play a key role in driving sales, delivering great customer service, and ensuring the store runs smoothly every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a retail team
• Oversee daily store operations
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Manage inventory, stock control and merchandising
• Provide excellent customer service and handle escalated issues
• Train and develop staff
• Maintain store presentation and standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Reliable, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work weekends and retail trading hours

What We Offer

• Full-time hours
• Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per year
