The role:

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Marketing Lead to drive DUET’s marketing strategy across four key areas:

• DUET’s corporate brand

• Individual agent brands and marketing

• Property marketing

• Off-the-plan project marketing

No two days will look the same. You could be shaping a campaign for a property launch, capturing content with one of our agents, refining a personal brand, developing a brand strategy for a new project, or developing the next creative direction for DUET, ensuring that our properties and people stand out. It’s a role that moves between strategy and execution, where no idea is off the table and every detail matters.

You’ll also lead our Marketing Coordinator, working collaboratively as a small, agile team.

What you will do:

• Lead and execute DUET’s overall marketing strategy

• Lead and oversee all marketing activities across DUET, ensuring the brand is consistent across all touchpoints

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion

• Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn

• Film and edit property and agent content, including Reels and TikToks

• Design static assets and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite

• Create captions, EDMs, marketing copy, blogs and other marketing communications

• Manage Meta advertising campaigns and digital marketing activity

• Develop agent marketing strategies and personal brands

• Lead marketing campaigns for property and off-the-plan projects

• Work with external suppliers, photographers, videographers, designers and other creative partners

• Track campaign performance and use insights to continually improve our marketing

• Lead, mentor and support our Marketing Coordinator

• Stay across emerging trends, technology and ideas that can give DUET an edge

The skills you will have:

You’re a marketer first and foremost, who loves creativity and strategy. You’re commercially minded, highly organised and naturally curious. You don’t need to be told what to do at every step. You can think big, but you also care about the details. You’ll have:

• Previous experience in a marketing role, agency environment or similar

• Strong content creation and social media skills

• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

• Strong Adobe Creative Suite experience, particularly InDesign and Photoshop

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• The ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

• A strong eye for design, branding and detail

• The confidence to work autonomously while collaborating closely

• A genuine interest in property, design, marketing and branding

• A strong work ethic, positive attitude and good sense of humour

Real estate experience isn’t essential, but will be highly regarded. A relevant marketing qualification is also advantageous.

• Motor vehicle driver’s license and own vehicle

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
