Role Detail

Our Sydney office is seeking a Hospitality All-Rounder to provide coverage across various teams on our client floor. Primarily supporting our internal café and staff kitchen operations as a Barista / Hospitality Assistant.

You will be responsible for coffee making, food handling, point of sale and committed to maintaining the café and café area to the highest presentation and hygiene standards.

This is a casual position where hours will be offered on an as needed basis and shifts will be rostered Monday to Friday between 7:00am to 7:00pm.

Duties will include:

• Prepare quality coffee and beverages to the highest industry standards
• Deliver efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service
• Confidently manage till operations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across café and kitchen areas, including equipment care and dishwashing
• Receive, store and rotate stock deliveries
• Assist with setup and service of all meals and café offerings
• Complete daily pack-down and cleaning procedures
• Support events and functions outside normal hours when required
• Present a professional, well-groomed and customer-focused attitude at all times

About You

• Strong barista expertise, including experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Previous café service experience
• Valid RSA certification is desirable
• Food Handling certification and sound knowledge of safe food storage practices
• Confident in stock control and inventory processes
• Excellent customer focus with strong communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts
