About the Role

We’re a small, family-run electrical business based in beautiful Busselton/Vasse, looking for an experienced A-Grade Electrician to join our growing team.

This is a full-time permanent role with plenty of variety — commercial, industrial, residential, agricultural and exciting renewable energy projects.

There’s a mix of local and away work, with additional allowances when working away.

We’re after someone who can think for themselves, get stuck in, solve problems and deliver quality work — but also knows how to have a laugh and enjoy life when the tools are down.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Team Leader (Mentoring Apprentices & other Trades)

• Electrical installation, maintenance & repairs

• Fault finding & diagnostics

• Reading plans, schematics & drawings

• Control panel builds, modifications & upgrades

• Solar, BESS & hybrid system installation and commissioning

• Preventative & reactive maintenance

• Working with clients, engineers & site teams

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a current WA A-Grade / Tradesperson Electrician

• Is switched-on, thinks for themselves and takes pride in their work

• Has previous site experience

• Has strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Produces quality workmanship – every time

• Is comfortable working independently or in a small Team

• Is reliable, motivated and safety-focused

• Wants to keep learning, grow their skills and take on new challenges

• Wants to work somewhere they are respected, appreciated and valued

• Is comfortable working at heights and performing manual tasks

• Is willing to undertake regular Drug & Alcohol testing

• 2–5 years’ experience is preferred, but not essential - we're flexible

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Renewable Energy / Solar | BESS | EWP | Working at Heights | LVR | First Aid | Commercial/Industrial/Residential.
