RAM owns and operates the Lodge Village in Norseman. We service workforce accommodation guests, and run the Norseman Hotel servicing local residents as well

Roster:

FIFO based on 14/7

Responsibilities

· Responsibility for kitchen covering food ordering, preparation and presentation (breakfast, crib, dinner and functions)

· Food cost management and menu preparation.

· Day to day management of site issues, such as coordination of bookings, relief coverage, repairs and compliance with processes

· Management of Housekeeping team and site cleaning.

· Coordination of maintenance requirements

· Working closely with clients for bookings and arrivals

· Food cost management

· Rosters and staffing cost management

· Stocktaking and stock control

· Compliance with internal processes eg capex, payroll

· Landscaping and reticulation around the sites.
