Barista all rounder /Service manager

Substation cafes is a well established cafe business that proud itself for the excellent quality of food, coffee and service it offers .

We are currently looking for an experienced barista allrounder to join our Rosebery team.

Qualifications & experience

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of employment experience ideally with specialty coffee .
• Able to adjust the grinders, scale and produce excellent coffee.
• Good latte art skills.
• RSA certificate -an advantage .
• Great customer service skills and can do attitude.
• Great communication skills.
• Experience in taking customer orders and serving food and drinks,
• Must speak fluent English.
• Must be able to work on weekends (Sunday is a must).
• Positive attitude and good team player .
• Option for Full time and career progression for the right person .
• For part time option must be available on Monday , Tuesday , Wednesday ,Saturday , Sunday
• For Team leader/Service manager position min 2 years experience in leading a team in a cafe environment ..this includes, rostering , ordering , hiring , budget control and assuring smooth operation of the business .
