Our Future Focus
About the role
Looking for weekend and weekday work that feels meaningful?
PLEASE SCROLL DOWN AND FOLLOW THE HOW TO APPLY STEPS
We are seeking a capable, grounded woman to join a thoughtfully built support team assisting a woman in her late 20s as she navigates a change in her life that now requires additional physical support.
She brings spirit, vitality and passion to life — qualities that shape her curiosity about the world and her deep interest in conscious living, health and social justice.
This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys working weekends — whether that’s to complement other commitments, create flexibility during the week, or simply because weekend rhythms suit your lifestyle.
This is a small, cohesive team who take real pride in the quality of support they provide and in the way they work together.
We’re looking for someone who naturally bridges the space between excellent support and genuine relational presence — someone whose warmth, curiosity and intellect can help life feel a little lighter and a little brighter.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

Essentials
Curious but not experienced?
That’s okay. This role is far more about who you are than what you’ve done before.
Previous disability experience is not essential. What matters most is your reflection, discernment, your presence, and your willingness to learn and apply this learning in practice.
Perhaps you’ve built resilience through real-world experience — supporting others, leading teams, staying calm under pressure, or helping people feel safe and seen.
If you’re now looking for work with more meaning and heart, we’d love to hear from you.
How to Apply (2 Simple Steps):

Their approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and flexible, ensuring that each person’s goals, preferences, and voice remain central to all decision-making.
