The Agency

Our client is a well-established, respected name in the Perth property market, now expanding its property management division. Known for proactive communication and genuine investor relationships, this is a business built on trust, professionalism, and results, with ambitious growth plans and the runway to match.

The Role

As BDM, you'll be the driving force behind rent roll growth. Spotting opportunities, nurturing relationships, and turning conversations into long-term managements.

• Drive new business growth across existing and emerging markets
• Build and strengthen relationships with investors, clients and referral partners
• Manage new business opportunities from enquiry through to onboarding
• Identify opportunities through networking, events, referrals and strategic partnerships
• Work closely with Leasing and Property Management to deliver a seamless client experience
• Represent the brand and help build a strong, scalable BDM function with opportunities for increased responsibility over time
• Contribute to business development strategy and identify new growth opportunities

About You

You're a natural connector, someone who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.

• WA Property Management registration
• Unrestricted WA driver's licence
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A hunter's instinct for spotting and chasing opportunity
