The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to become an integral part of our national Talent Acquisition team.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll work closely with five Talent Acquisition Advisors and play a critical role in ensuring every candidate enjoys a seamless and professional experience throughout our recruitment process.
This is far more than a traditional recruitment administration role. You'll take ownership of the candidate journey from interview through to offer acceptance and onboarding, coordinating all pre-employment activities and acting as the primary point of contact for successful candidates as they prepare to join CPP.
You'll be the engine room of our Talent Acquisition function, managing the administrative processes, systems and coordination activities that enable our team to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes across Australia. From coordinating employment contracts, reference checks and pre-employment medicals, to arranging candidate travel, maintaining recruitment systems and supporting continuous process improvements, your contribution will be felt across every hire we make.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on organisation and detail, and genuinely cares about delivering outstanding service to candidates, hiring managers and colleagues. You'll join a collaborative and high-performing team that values initiative, continuous improvement and providing best-in-class recruitment support to the business.
