Freestyle RVs is a family-owned and operated premium caravan dealership based in Somerton, Victoria. We are proud to be a supplier of Lotus Caravans, one of Australia's most recognized premium caravan brands, alongside a diverse range of quality used caravans.

We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Consultant to join our team.

For us, attitude is everything. We want someone who is hungry to succeed, willing to learn, professional, honest and a genuine team player.

Caravan sales experience is highly regarded, but not essential. If you have strong sales ability, the right attitude and the willingness to become an expert in our products, we want to hear from you.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll work with customers to understand their needs and help them find the right new or used caravan for their lifestyle and budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing excellent product knowledge across our new and used caravan range, options and accessories.

• Building strong customer relationships from initial inquiry through to sale and delivery.

• Following up leads professionally and consistently.

• Qualifying customers effectively and understanding their needs, budget and intended use.

• Preparing quotes, negotiating and closing sales successfully.

• Maintaining accurate customer information and managing your sales pipeline.

• Working closely with the wider Freestyle RVs team.

• Representing Freestyle RVs professionally at major caravan shows and events.

Who We're Looking For

We aren't looking for someone to simply stand in a showroom and wait for customers.

We want someone who is hungry for the sale and prepared to work for it.

You'll ideally be:

• Motivated by achieving targets and earning commission.

• Confident building relationships and following up customers.

• Professional, honest and accountable.

• Organised with strong attention to detail.

• Willing to continually learn and improve.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

• A genuine team player.

Previous experience in caravan, automotive, marine, motorcycle, 4WD, real estate or other high-value sales would be highly regarded, but isn't essential.

If you can sell, communicate well and have the right attitude, we can teach you the product.

Our dealership is open every Saturday, and the role includes attending major caravan shows and events throughout the year. These shows can involve full weekends but also provide some of the biggest sales and commission opportunities of the year.
