Pick / Packer

We are Raw & Fresh, a fast-growing pet food manufacturer, and we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Pick Packer to join our team on night shift. This role suits someone who is fit, switched-on, and thrives in a fast-paced, cold environment.

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

• Working in a cold storage / production environment

• Following food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures

• Loading/unloading stock and assisting with dispatch

• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

• Physically fit & reliable – comfortable with lifting and being on your feet

• Attention to detail – accuracy with labels, orders, and counts

• Good reading and comprehension skills – able to follow written instructions

• Dynamic & adaptable – can handle a fast-paced work environment

• Comfortable in cold environments – experience in food or warehouse settings is a plus

• Team player – works well with others, communicates clearly

• Health & safety conscious – follows safe practices at all times

• Flexible to work all shift times between Monday to Friday and available for overtime if required

• Must have full Australian work rights

• Forklift licence (LF) preferred but not essential

• Previous warehouse/pick pack experience desirable
