Clinic Patient Assistant - Full time (Robina Shopping Centre)

We're excited to share that we're recruiting for a new Clinic Patient Assistant role across our clinics. This is an early-career position, and full training will be provided, so no previous experience is required. This makes it ideal for someone who is reliable, patient-centred, and confident with technology and systems.

Role Criteria

• Full‑time, permanent position
• 2-3 roster options available
• Must be available for late‑night shopping hours & or one weekend day per week

Training & Development

We provide full, structured training for this role, including:

• Hands‑on onboarding within our clinics and dispensary
• Step‑by‑step guidance through all systems, workflows and patient processes
• Support with compliance requirements, documentation and clinic standards
• Ongoing coaching from experienced clinic and dispensary team members

As the role develops, formal qualifications may also be available, including nationally recognised training relevant to dispensary support and clinic operations. This gives early‑career team members a clear pathway to grow their skills and progress within healthcare.

Recruitment Process

As part of our recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will complete two interviews with Talent Acquisition and a final meet‑and‑greet and clinic tour with the Operations Manager. This ensures consistency in assessment and allows our leadership team to review responses directly.
