Following the success of the Flinders Lane original, this new outpost of our opulent Venetian-style steakhouse makes its home in one of the city’s most significant architectural icons. Reimagining the Grill Americano concept especially for Sydney, the restaurant is a vision of grandeur and glamour, showcasing a lauded wine program, and ever-evolving menus centred around the kitchen’s prized wood oven and Josper grill.

About the Opportunities: 
We’re looking for experienced cafe all-rounders to join our FOH team. This role is available for an immediate start and offers consistent day shifts, Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 3pm, with no evening shifts (unless required otherwise).

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume, premium café or restaurant
• Expertise in coffee preparation and latte art
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, blends, and brewing techniques
• Waitstaff experience in an a la carte restaurant
• Demonstrated ability to exceed guest expectations
• Adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional coffee and customer service
• Outstanding time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, opening, and closing shifts
