Reliance Real Estate is seeking an accomplished Property Management leader to join our Support Centre and help shape the continued growth and development of our Property Management division.

This is not a portfolio-based Property Manager role.

Working across the Reliance network, you'll partner with Rental Managers, Directors and our Executive Leadership Team to strengthen operations, develop our people, enhance systems and drive greater consistency and performance across our offices.

The Opportunity

As our Head of Property Management Operations & Training, you'll be a key leadership resource for Property Management teams across the Reliance network.

Combining operations, leadership, training and strategy, you'll support our teams to perform at their best while developing the frameworks, systems and capabilities required to support a growing business.

Your role will be varied and highly influential. You may be coaching a Rental Manager through a complex operational matter, improving a network-wide process, reviewing compliance standards, developing a training workshop or collaborating with senior leadership on the future direction of the division.

A key focus of the position will be the opportunity to build and lead the Reliance Property Management Training Academy, establishing structured learning and development pathways for Property Management professionals at every stage of their careers.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of key areas including:

• Providing leadership, coaching and operational support to Rental Managers across the Reliance network

• Establishing and maintaining best-practice Property Management standards

• Driving consistency, accountability and operational performance across multiple offices

• Acting as a senior escalation point for complex tenancy, compliance and operational matters

• Reviewing and enhancing Property Management systems, policies and procedures

• Leading the effective use and ongoing improvement of PropertyMe, Inspection Express and related technology

• Designing, developing and delivering the Reliance Property Management Training Academy

• Creating practical training resources, workshops, manuals and professional development pathways

• Developing and continuously improving our Property Management onboarding program

• Mentoring Property Management professionals and supporting the development of emerging leaders

• Analysing operational performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery and client experience

• Partnering with Directors and senior leadership on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who knows Property Management inside and out, but who is equally passionate about developing people, strengthening operations and improving the way a business performs.

You may currently be working as a:

Head of Property Management • Department Manager • Senior Property Manager • Operations Manager • Rental Manager • Property Management Trainer

and be ready to step into a broader leadership position.

You'll ideally bring:

• Significant experience within residential Property Management

• Previous leadership, department management or senior Property Management experience

• Strong working knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation and compliance requirements

• A demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop Property Management professionals

• Experience improving processes, systems and operational performance

• Confidence working across multiple offices and with senior stakeholders

• Sound judgement when managing complex or escalated matters

• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

• Confidence delivering training, workshops and presentations

• Strong experience with PropertyMe and contemporary Property Management technology

• A current Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent Licence
