Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Showroom Manager to take the reins of our Paddington storefront. Our customers often require assistance to shop, so our staff are responsible for leading each customer through the bespoke fitting experience, from greeting them to fitting them to finalising the sale. We've built a cult following on the strength of our designs, as well as our top-of-the-line customer service. This is not a sales numbers-driven role: the most important responsibility you have is to deliver an exceptional experience that will continue to spread the word!

Key responsibilities

• Taking ownership of the day-to-day operations and experience of our Paddington showroom

• Maintaining our luxury standard of customer service and showroom presentation

• Conducting bra fittings with customers to find which of our 50 bra sizes is perfect for them

• Collaborating with the Customer Service and Warehouse teams in Byron Bay to stay organised across stock and customer communications.

• General retail admin: Ringing customers up, cash handling, processing returns/exchanges, etc.

• Using your customer service skills online to support the broader team

• Hiring, training, and supervising casual staff

About you

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience required, ideally in women's fashion

• Previous experience in staff management

• Bra fitting experience is a plus, but not required

• A people person: excellent social skills and the ability to make others feel at ease

• An interest in fashion and polished personal presentation

• Outstanding attention to detail: from accurate stock counts to remembering regular customers' favourite styles

• Excellent written communication skills
