What you'll be doing

As a Sales Representative at Stanbroke Foods, you'll be the face of our brand, connecting with clients, promoting premium products, and strengthening relationships. Based within the Townsville area and covering the surrounding region, you'll report to the Sales Manager and manage a diverse customer base, working with existing clients while seeking new opportunities. This is a hands-on role focused on driving sales, building relationships, and expanding the customer base. You will:

• Manage and grow sales across your assigned North Qld territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Actively engage and bring on new customers
• Promote and sell our full range of premium beef and complementary products
• Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge to support client needs

What you'll bring

• Strong understanding of the Stanbroke brand and product range
• Experience or familiarity with fine dining, high-end food, or the meat and food service industry is highly regarded
• Confident communicator with a passion for building long-term client relationships
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to sales
• Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and product availability
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
