Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior School (F-6) teacher with experience in Performing Arts to teach classes from F-2.
This is a part-time (0.4) on-going position commencing in Term 1 2027.
Casey Grammar School is based in Cranbourne East and offers exceptional growth and professional development opportunities.
Role Description:
Role model and inspire a passion for learning in the Performing Arts in all students.
Use teaching strategies based on sound knowledge of students' physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics to improve student learning.
Contribute to the academic growth of each student through data informed practice.
Actively engage in the School’s Thrive (Teacher Performance Development) Program.
Establish and maintain respectful, collaborative relationships with parents/carers regarding their children’s learning and wellbeing.

The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have:
Skill and interest in teaching Junior School students in Performing Arts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus time management skills.
Knowledge and understanding of best practice in education.
Skilled in creating a warm, welcoming and productive classroom environment.
Ability to foster and promote positive relationships with all stakeholders (students, colleagues, parents and the wider community).
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a team.
A role model of lifelong learning.
