About Us
Local Land Services (LLS) is an Executive Agency within the Department of Regional NSW. It provides quality, customer-focused services to landholders and the community across New South Wales. This regionally based organisation brings together a wide range of service and advisory functions including agriculture, biosecurity, natural resource management, land management, biodiversity, emergency services, private native forestry and management of Travelling Stock Reserves (TSR).

About the Role
As a Biosecurity Officer with South East Local Land Services, you'll play a key role in supporting landholders to manage biosecurity in the region. You'll work on field activities, compliance with regulations, helping protect the agricultural landscape and natural ecosystems. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, support emergency response efforts, and ensure programs meet national biosecurity standards.

About You
This is a role for someone who loves being in the field, working with landholders and communities, and helping to protect and enhance our agricultural industries and natural environment.
To be successful, you'll need to have a current NSW Class C Driver Licence and the ability and willingness to travel (including overnight stays) as required. A willingness to support activities across the broader region, including other office locations, and undertake travel as required to meet operational priorities is essential.
