Join an exciting initiative where you’ll provide onsite guidance for four young families living in a shared complex, helping them develop essential skills, boost their confidence, and cultivate independence. Your role is pivotal in providing them with the tools and resources for both them and their children to thrive.
About the job
Role location: Yarrabilba
Role type: Permanent, part-time (20 hours per week)
Pay range: $53.43 to $55.85 per hour based on experience, with salary packaging exempt from Fringe Benefits Tax available
As the Jinndii Waijung House Coordinator, you’ll foster strong relationships with the four young families in the shared complex, offering both individual support and collective opportunities for growth.
Working closely with the YFS Step by Step team, you’ll help young families define their goals and ambitions, creating tailored strategies that enable them to thrive. Your “do what it takes” approach will ensure they receive the guidance they need to flourish.
