The Role:

Due to exciting growth, SRG Global Mining Services is looking for skilled Blast Crew members to join our long-term Goldfields projects on various rosters on Dayshift only. You’ll be working with a professional team that values clear communication, safety, and efficiency backed by competitive pay, modern equipment, and industry-leading facilities.

The Blast Crew plays a crucial role in enabling productive mining or construction operations through expert handling of explosive materials and meticulous adherence to operational guidelines.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely execute blasting operations following safety protocols
• Prepare blast patterns for efficient fragmentation and environmental protection
• Load explosives with precision and safety supervision
• Inspect blast areas for safety and environmental compliance
• Maintain blasting equipment and tools in optimal condition

What We’re Looking For:

• C Class Drivers Licence (Manual)
• Dangerous Goods Security Card
• Ability to perform labouring duties
• Good communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on teamwork
• Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment

Bonus Points for:

• Heavy Rigid (HR) Drivers License
