About the role
The role:
As Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with Lady Gowrie Tasmania’s Service Managers, Regional Managers and other stakeholders to provide clear financial insights, analysis and practical advice that support informed decision-making. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, reporting and workforce planning, while building financial capability and identifying opportunities to improve financial processes. Through your financial expertise and collaborative approach, you will support the delivery of quality, financially sustainable services for children, families and communities across Tasmania.

About You
You will be a commercially minded finance professional who is confident, approachable and solutions-focused, with a genuine ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will be proactive and adaptable, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery and manage competing priorities effectively.
