🍭 Part-Time eCommerce Operations Manager

We're looking for a hands-on, organised and proactive Part-Time eCommerce Operations Manager to run the day-to-day of our fast-growing eCommerce warehouse.

This isn't just a packing role. We need someone who can take ownership of the warehouse, keep things running efficiently, stay on top of stock and fulfilment, and spot ways we can improve as we grow.

👀 About the role

You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and making sure customer orders go out accurately, efficiently and on time. Day-to-day includes:

• Overseeing day-to-day warehouse and fulfilment operations

• Picking and packing online orders accurately and efficiently

• Creating pick & mix lolly jars to a consistently high standard

• Managing stock levels, organisation and replenishment

• Receiving, checking and putting away supplier deliveries

• Assisting with supplier orders and inventory coordination

• Monitoring stock accuracy and flagging shortages or discrepancies

• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and running efficiently

• Helping improve processes, systems and workflows

• Ensuring orders are dispatched on time and fulfilment targets are met

• Managing and processing orders through Shopify

• Helping coordinate priorities during busy periods and product launches

• Taking ownership of problems and finding practical solutions

• Occasionally appearing in simple social media content — no experience required, just confidence!

⚡ What we're looking for

Someone reliable, switched-on and willing to take ownership. Ideally you're:

• Highly organised and detail-oriented

• Proactive and able to work independently

• Fast-moving and comfortable in a busy environment

• Always looking for ways to improve things

• Confident managing priorities without constant supervision

• Comfortable taking responsibility for day-to-day operations

• Physically capable of being on your feet and safely lifting up to 20kg

• Comfortable working with stock, deliveries and inventory

• Experienced with Shopify — highly regarded

• Previous eCommerce, warehouse or fulfilment experience — highly regarded

• Experience within a small team or family run business

• Comfortable being on camera occasionally when needed

• Available to work on-site in Revesby

• Holding full working rights in Australia

• Part-time, approx. 15–20 hours per week to begin with.

• Flexible days, typically 2–3 days per week

• On-site at our warehouse in Revesby, NSW

• Hours and responsibility can grow with the business
