The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Medical Secretary to join our team, supporting specialist cardiology clinics across Murdoch (Wexford) and Rockingham. This role provides high-quality administrative and patient support to our cardiologists, ensuring clinics run efficiently while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Regular travel between our clinics is required. What You'll Do Coordinate specialist appointments and clinic schedules.  Provide administrative support to cardiologists Deliver outstanding service to patients and referrers Manage bookings, correspondence and patient enquiries  Process billing, Medicare, DVA and private health claims  Prepare quotes, invoices and receipts  Maintain accurate patient records using HealthTrack  Liaise with GPs, hospitals and healthcare providers About You You'll bring: At least 2 years' experience as a Medical Secretary Experience supporting specialist medical clinics Strong organisational and communication skills Knowledge of medical terminology (cardiology experience highly regarded) Experience with practice management software (HealthTrack desirable) Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills A current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel between clinics Why Join Advara HeartCare?
