We are currently looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our team in Rocklea.

If you're someone with a positive attitude, great customer service skills, and either mechanical knowledge or experience with automotive parts (particularly Japanese vehicle parts), we'd love to hear from you.

Job Description

This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll work closely with customers to identify and supply the right parts while supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpreting and sourcing truck parts for customers
• Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
• Processing sales orders and customer enquiries
• Picking, packing and dispatching orders
• Assisting with stock control and inventory management
• Working collaboratively with the wider branch team
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Positive, can-do attitude
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and team-focused approach
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge

Highly Regarded

• Experience as a Parts Interpreter
• Automotive, truck, mechanical, or trade background
• Experience with Japanese vehicle parts
• Knowledge of Hino, Isuzu, Fuso, UD or other commercial vehicles
• Forklift licence
• Previous sales or customer service experience

Don't have truck parts experience? That's okay. If you have automotive parts knowledge, mechanical aptitude, or a genuine interest in vehicles and customer service, we can provide training and ongoing support.
