Volunteer to help with Boccia activations in Townsville

### Volunteer Opportunity

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly volunteers to support two Boccia events in Townsville:

- **Come & Try Boccia Day – Wednesday 18 November**
- **Ticket to Teach Workshop – Thursday 19 November**

**Key duties:** Volunteers will help set up and pack down equipment, welcome and support participants, assist with Boccia activities and demonstrations, encourage participation, and help create a welcoming and inclusive environment. Volunteers may also assist event staff with general activities throughout the day.

**Skills and experience:** No previous Boccia experience is required. We are looking for people who are reliable, approachable, patient and comfortable working with people of different ages and abilities. An interest in inclusive sport, disability sport or community activities is highly valued. Training and guidance will be provided.
