Key Responsibilities  

• Deliver engaging Music lessons across Prep-Year 2, nurturing students' creativity, confidence and love of music while developing their musical abilities and technique.
• Create and prepare musical performances by incorporating a range of musical elements and providing students with opportunities to showcase their skills.
• Celebrate music and culture through exploring diverse musical traditions, including First Nations Australian works, and leading extracurricular activities such as choirs, ensembles and performances.

What You'll Need

• Experience teaching young learners and the ability to develop students' musical knowledge, skills, confidence and creativity.
• A commitment to celebrating cultural diversity and incorporating a range of musical perspectives, including First Nations Australian works.
• The ability to inspire a love of music, foster collaboration and provide opportunities for students to develop and showcase their talents.
• Relevant teaching qualification
• Full or provisional QCT registration
• Australian working rights or valid visa
• Pre-service and graduate teachers are encouraged to apply (include practicum reports, mentor statements & unofficial transcript)
