Role Overview
Come join the team at Sydney Theatre Company as our Philanthropy & Partnerships Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our fundraising programs. This exciting, varied role supports a dynamic team across philanthropy, partnerships and events, ensuring our donors and partners receive the best possible experience at every touchpoint. If you’re organised, detail-focused and enjoy working with people, this is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the future of STC and be part of a fun, collaborative team.
Working At STC
This is a permanent full time role.
Based at the STC Wharf Offices, with travel to other sites as required.A collaborative, creative environment where your work directly supports Australia’s leading theatre company.20% off all food and beverages including coffee at The Wharf Restaurant and BarComplimentary and discounted tickets to STC productions
What We're Looking For
Proven time management and administration skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with both internal teams and external stakeholders to cultivate positive and enduring relationships.Excellent attention to detail.Good interpersonal and relationship skills, particularly with high-net-worth individuals.Demonstrated high computer literacy and experience in database management, preferably Tessitura.A solutions-oriented approach with a commitment to working collaboratively with others and fostering a supportive team environment.Discretion and judgment in dealing with sensitive data on individuals.
