Sales Consultant - Trainee

ABOUT THE ROLE - The successful candidate will undergo a “learning on the job” traineeship for 3 months during which you will be responsible for assisting salespeople/sales manager with customer handling, contractual documentation, logistics, industry regulation and the sales process.  At the conclusion management will review your progress and assist with planning your future development.

ABOUT THE JOB 

• Meet and greet customers

• Provide a professional and respectful service to all customers

• Take customers on test drives

• Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner

• Proactively follow up on leads and new sales inquiries

• Build strong relationships with the sales team and clients

• In house training

REQUIREMENTS

• No previous automotive sales experience is required

• A positive attitude

• Professionally presented

• A good communicator with an approachable demeanour

• Willingness to work within a team

• A people person

• Have a current WA drivers license (manual preferred), but not essential

• Willing to learn new systems
