We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Representative to take ownership of the Darwin region and accelerate Milwaukee's growth across the construction industry. This is your opportunity to build genuine relationships with contractors, site managers and key industry stakeholders, influence purchasing decisions on some of the Territory's most significant projects and become the face of one of the world's fastest-growing trade brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Aggressively acquire market share across all product categories in the assigned geographical region by converting end users to Milwaukee products.
• Together with the Field Sales Representative, liaise with authorised distribution partners to create the best value for both Milwaukee and distribution partner.
• Ensure Salesforce CRM is regularly updated and maintained to help support and improve conversion rates.
• Meet company expectations on salesforce calendar planning to ensure efficiencies and productivity.
• Regularly report progress to the State Lead on achievements to the planned strategy and KPI’s.
• Work closely with other vertical specialists to achieve best outcomes and mission alignment.
• Participate in sales events, state industry meetings, and social networks to represent company’s brand. Have the willingness to learn and develop in line with the company’s competency framework.
• Regularly participate in joint ride days with your manager to review performance and receive constructive feedback.

What You Will Bring

• Trade, Field Sales or End User Sales experience.
• Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and educate users.
• Strong organisation, time management and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience using CRM systems (desired).
• A proactive, competitive mindset with a strong drive to achieve results.
• A passion for learning and continuous development.
• Flexibility to travel overnight when required.
• Full driver’s license with excellent driving record.
