Service Receptionist

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our busy service department.

As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience from arrival through to vehicle collection.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and assisting with service enquiries
• Managing incoming calls and emails
• Scheduling service appointments
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
• Processing invoices and payments
• Liaising with Service Advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Providing exceptional customer service at every interaction
• General administrative support to the service department

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a reception, administration or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• A professional and friendly manner
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Intermediate computer skills and confidence using a range of systems
• Automotive dealership experience is advantageous but not essential
