HR Driver – Join a Leading Water Tank Company
 

Synergie is proud to partner with a well-established and growing water tank company to recruit a reliable and safety-focused HR Driver. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team where quality, safety, and professionalism are at the core of everything they do.

About the Role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of water tanks and related components to sites across Sydney Metro and nearby regional areas (within a 2–3 hour radius). This role offers the chance to expand your skills while contributing to a high-performing and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan delivery routes to meet schedules
• Safely load, secure, and unload cargo
• Complete delivery documentation, mileage, and expense tracking
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and maintain vehicle condition
• Assist with forklift inspections and general warehouse duties
• Pick and pack orders in line with company procedures
• Monitor and manage stock levels
• Coordinate pickups and prepare dispatch documentation
• Load trucks/containers for local and interstate deliveries

About You

• Valid HR Driver’s Licence (Manual – essential)
• White Card and Forklift Licence
• Crane license (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum 5+ years’ driving or relevant experience
• Clean driving record and strong road safety knowledge
• Confident operating and maneuvering manual heavy vehicles
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Reliable team player with strong communication skills
• Flexible to work Saturdays and extended hours when required
