About the Role

This is a showroom-based sales role (Monday to Friday) where you will be working directly with clients to guide them through product selections and deliver an exceptional customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in clients, designers, and trade customers in the showroom

• Provide expert advice on high-end bathroom and interior products

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business

• Conduct outbound calls and outreach to generate leads and book showroom appointments

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Prepare quotes and follow up on leads

• Work towards and exceed sales targets

• Maintain showroom presentation to a premium standard

About You

• Proven experience in retail or showroom sales (bathroom, tiles, interiors or similar essential)

• Confident in proactive sales, including cold outreach and lead generation

• Background or strong interest in interior design, architecture, or a creative field

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven

• Well-presented with a professional approach
