Case Manager Enrichment Centre

Santa Maria College is a leading Catholic girls' school, founded by the Sisters of Mercy with 1300 students in Years 5 -12 including 150 boarders.

We are seeking a teacher who has knowledge, experience and passion, to be part of our Enrichment Team that provides support and extension to students of varying abilities. This Case Manager role overseas the support for students in Years 7 and 8.  The successful applicant will join a dynamic team committed to providing outstanding support for our students. The position includes a teaching component.

This position is a full-time ongoing position commencing in Term 1, 2027.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Commitment to our Catholic faith and our Mercy values

• Experience in an enrichment, support or diverse needs team is preferred.

• Knowledge and skills in either literacy or numeracy

• Skills and experience in fostering positive relationships and providing support to individual students

• Capacity to partner with staff to develop support frameworks for learning.

• Expertise in developing rapport with and communicating with parents

• Capacity for innovative, engaging teaching and learning as the role has a teaching component.

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills

• Highly developed ICT skills

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Appropriate teacher qualifications

• Eligibility for teacher registration in Western Australia

• Working With Children Check
