Join one of the world's leading logistics and supply chain operators at MEDLOG! We're looking for a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to be the face of our busy site and support our Customer Service teams across Transport, Quarantine, and Warehousing.

What You'll Do

• Assist with data entry, invoicing, and documentation for freight movement
• Communicate with customers in a timely manner
• Liaise across departments to ensure timely communication and service delivery
• Respond to emails, monitor workflow, and help categorise work
• Ensure our reception and office areas are presentable and organised
• Provide coverage and cross-team support when required
• Manage driver check-ins and Inbound Connect processes

What We're Looking For:

You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is comfortable juggling front-line service with admin duties. You'll bring:
