We’re currently seeking a hands-on and reliable Carpenter/Formworker to join our client’s busy concrete precast yard.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position for the right worker.

About the Role
You’ll be assisting trades and production teams in the daily operations of a precast concrete yard. Duties include:

• Assisting with concrete pours, formwork, and general yard duties
• Supporting trades with steel fixing, formwork, and concreting tasks
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced, team-based environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a precast, concreting, or construction environment (highly regarded)
• Background in concreting, steel fixing, or trade assistant work is an advantage
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks
• Own reliable transport – site not accessible by public transport
• Commitment to safety and ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia (no visa restrictions)
• Available to work Monday to Friday, starting at 6am
