About the Residential Property Sales/Sales Associate role:

• Listing and selling existing/resell properties and arranging & overseeing inspections

• Seeking out and introducing buyers

• Negotiating the sale and liaising with legal representatives

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

New graduates without sales experience may be considered for associate role if they possess the required licence and demonstrate strong potential.

• Track record of listings and sales, minimum 1-2 years real estate experience required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and advanced presentation skills

• English proficiency, bilingual chinese language skills a plus

• Full drive licence with own car

• Real Estate Agent Licence

• Able to work autonomously and result drvien

• Full right to work and live in Australia
