Project Manager

About the role

This is not a traditional administrative project management position. You'll be responsible for driving project outcomes, coordinating technical teams, managing client expectations and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. You will work closely with engineers, service delivery teams, account managers and executive leadership to oversee a portfolio of projects ranging from infrastructure upgrades and cloud migrations through to telecommunications, cybersecurity and business transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent technology projects
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
• Coordinate internal and external resources
• Monitor project budgets, timelines and deliverables
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies
• Ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably
• Serve as the primary contact for project customers
• Conduct project kick-offs and governance meetings
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders
• Manage expectations and resolve project challenges

About you

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing ICT projects
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and resources
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Experience working within fast-paced environments
• MSP or systems integrator experience
• Project delivery experience across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, unified communications, and contact centre solutions
• PRINCE2, PMP or Agile certifications
• Experience using Microsoft Project or similar platforms
