Architectural Technician

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join our passionate in-house team of architects. Based in our Sydney CBD office, you will play a critical role in producing accurate and efficient construction documentation for some of Australia’s most prominent developments.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Producing high-quality construction documentation for large multi-residential and mixed-use developments
• Collaborating with design and construction teams to ensure compliance and constructability
• Coordinating with site project teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Applying a sound understanding of planning controls, NCC, and relevant Australian Standards
• Ensuring all documentation complies with the Design and Building Practitioners Act
• Managing time effectively to meet tight documentation deadlines

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in architectural documentation in Australia and demonstrated experience on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
• Tertiary qualification in Architecture
• Advanced proficiency in Revit
• Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills
• Solid understanding of Australian building regulations, standards, and construction practices
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
