Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Motor Mechanic to join our team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Motor Mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and workshop equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults in engines and vehicle mechanical systems using diagnostic equipment.
• Inspect, remove, repair and replace worn or damaged components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering and suspension.
• Carry out scheduled servicing such as oil changes, lubrication, tune-ups and general maintenance.
• Reassemble and test repaired components to ensure safe and reliable vehicle performance.
• Use manufacturer service manuals and technical information when required.
• Conduct vehicle safety and roadworthiness inspections and identify repairs required for compliance.
• Ensure all work meets workplace safety requirements and relevant automotive standards.

• Education: Certificate III or IV in Automotive (Required)
