The role involves analysing data requirements, definingtransformation logic, and ensuring high-quality data integration across systems. The ideal candidate willhave strong expertise in data analysis, ETL processes, and stakeholder engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Analysis Gather and analyze business and data requirements from stakeholders Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications Define and document Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM)Data Analysis & Profiling Analyze source systems, schemas, and data flows Perform data profiling, validation, and quality assessment Identify data issues, gaps, and inconsistenciesETL & Data Integration Support Collaborate with ETL developers to:o Define data transformation ruleso Support data cleansing and enrichment requirements
o Ensure data lineage and traceability Support integration across multiple systemsDocumentation Create and maintain:o Source-to-Target Mapping documentso Data dictionaries and metadatao Process and data flow diagrams Document business rules and transformation logicTesting & Validation Develop test scenarios, test cases, and expected results Support SIT and UAT cycles Validate ETL outputs against business requirements and data rulesStakeholder Management Act as a liaison between business, data engineers, and QA teams Facilitate discussions, clarify requirements, and resolve issues Provide regular status updates and documentationMinimum Years of Experience : 8 YearsCertifications Needed:Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute :Requirements & AnalysisData Analysis & ProfilingETL & Data Integration SupportDocumentationTesting & ValidationStakeholder Management
