Rate + Bonus’ and Incentives – Casual, Miscellaneous Award (MA000104) Base Hourly Rate starting from $32.18 with sales commission, bonuses and incentives providing for a much higher on target earnings depending on skillset and performance.

The Dream Home Art Union, proudly RSL Queensland is Australia's largest prize home lottery. It was created in the spirit of mateship following World War I and continues today, bigger than it’s ever been. Working for Bull Direct Marketing on behalf of RSL Queensland, you will help deliver critical funding to help RSL Queensland provide a range of support for veterans and their families including DVA advocacy, employment support, social connection and wellbeing support, emergency financial assistance, or online learning programs like RSL Be:Well.

While supporting veterans and their families, you could also help change the life of a Dream Home Art Union VIP Club supporter, with the chance to win six Dream Home Art Union draws and cash draws.

The role:

• Promote and inform the general public about the support RSL Queensland provides to veterans and their families and the Dream Home Art Union with enthusiasm and integrity in retail environments,
• Introduce new customers to the Dream Home Art Union VIP Club lottery membership, Be guided and trained by experienced sales companies and our talented fundraisers to give you the tools to achieve and excel in a team environment,
• No two weeks are the same, with your work taking you to new Retail precincts and even paid Regional tours of Australia!

About you:

• You have an approachable and positive attitude and willingness to have a go,
• You’re comfortable connecting with new people and thrive on building great rapport,
• Motivated and love to inspire your fellow team members,
• Enjoy working to targets and have a drive to better yourself and the want to achieve more in your life, Sales, service or retail experience is beneficial but not a must.
