About the Role: 

This is a full time role at the Burleigh Heads store.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the frontline representative of our company, creating positive first impressions and driving sales growth.

In this role you will:

• Welcome customers and assist with their enquiries

• Sell mobile phone services, equipment, accessories, and prepaid recharge

• Describe product features to support purchasing decisions

• Handle point-of-sale transactions and associated administration

• Maintain store presentation and replenish stock as needed

• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures

About You: 

We are seeking candidates who have:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service (highly desirable)

• Confidence in using computer technology

• An interest in telecommunications devices and products
