Project Coordinator – Precast Concrete

About the role

This is a hands-on coordination role supporting multiple projects from a precast concrete manufacturing yard in Darwin. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, production, procurement, suppliers, contractors and clients to keep projects moving and ensure commitments are delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating project requirements between production, procurement, suppliers, contractors and clients

• Maintaining clear and concise communication with a range of stakeholders

• Managing procurement of materials, services and project requirements

• Managing project documentation, quality assurance records and document control

• Maintaining a high-level production and delivery plan across multiple projects

• Tracking project progress, priorities and upcoming requirements

• Identifying issues early and coordinating solutions to keep work moving

• Supporting project managers and production teams with planning and coordination

• Reliable and organised

• Able to coordinate multiple jobs and priorities at the same time

• A clear and concise communicator

• Comfortable dealing with different people and stakeholders

• Proactive and able to follow things through to completion

• Confident working in a busy manufacturing and construction environment

• Comfortable working with Excel and project documentation

• Able to understand project requirements and keep people aligned

• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings would be an advantage, particularly in construction, engineering, precast or manufacturing
