Salary: $120,000 Total Package (inclusive of Allowances & Super)
Hybrid | Austral, NSWDrive the growth of an NDIS provider by building strategic relationships, increasing referrals and identifying opportunities that support sustainable business growth.Aligned Community Care is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to develop partnerships, strengthen referral pathways and promote our services across Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Community Support, Allied Health, Nursing Services and more.Reporting to the Operations and Strategic Partnerships Director, this role works closely with the Board of Directors, leadership team and key stakeholders to support organisational growth, service expansion and improved participant outcomes.

Experience within the NDIS, disability, community services or health sector
Strong understanding of the NDIS environment and disability service delivery
Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships and referral networks
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and achieve growth objectives
Current Australian Driver Licence and own vehicle
Highly RegardedExperience working with an NDIS registered providerExperience using CRM or client management systemsExperience developing business partnerships or referral networks
Qualifications or exprience in disability, business, marketing, community services or a related field
