Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

About the role

As Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's overall marketing strategy across all venues and brands. You will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen brand positioning, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue through innovative marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Lead and manage all digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

• Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.

• Manage social media, website, email marketing, and content creation.

• Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Lead marketing budgets and maximise return on investment.

• Build and manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and influencers.

• Support new venue openings, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 3 years experience in a similar role.

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience, preferably within hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or multi-site businesses.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, CRM, SEO/SEM, social media, and performance marketing.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Commercially minded with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organisation.
